After you have created a pop-up subscription form and completed the initial setup and design, you can decide when to display it to your visitors on your page.
To display a modal pop-up to users when they leave a page:
In the settings for your subscription form, in the left pane, click Set visibility settings.
On the Set Visibility Settings page, set Show form when someone leaves a page button to Active.
Specify how much time must pass since the last time the visitor viewed your form.
To continue with creating or changing you subscription form, click Next, or click Save & Exit.
