What is the application process?

To apply for Moosend's agency program, visit our program page and click Join. Fill out the registration form with your details. After a review, if approved, you'll receive instructions via email. Your partner dashboard will provide unique links, referral tracking, and earning details.

What support can I expect from my dedicated account manager?

Your dedicated account manager is available to offer comprehensive support on partnership-related matters, including your rewards, and your partner dashboard onboarding process. Your account manager will be the primary point of contact with the support team, deliverability team, or any other individuals you might need to reach out to in order to receive expedited support.

Who can join this program?

The Moosend agency program is designed for agencies, consultants, and freelancers using Moosend with and for their clients. This program is a perfect match for you if you want to expand your expertise, grow your business, and help our clients thrive digitally with Moosend.

What types of resources are available to participants?

As a partner, you'll have at your disposal marketing materials found in the Resources section of your dashboard. There you'll find a variety of banners, social media ads, email ads, logos, and other materials that you can use to introduce and recommend Moosend to your clients.

What support can I expect from my dedicated account manager?

Your dedicated account manager is available to offer comprehensive support on partnership-related matters, including your rewards, and your partner dashboard onboarding process. Your account manager will be the primary point of contact with the support team, deliverability team, or any other individuals you might need to reach out to in order to receive expedited support.

When will I receive my commissions?

All commissions are approved within the first 20 working days of the following month.

How do I get paid?

You can cash out your earned commissions in the Rewards & Withdrawals section of your profile. Your commissions are paid out via PayPal, Stripe, or Wire Transfer. You must ensure that you have entered the correct PayPal email address, Stripe, or Wire Transfer account details before cashing out.

Can I refer clients from any industry or location?

The Moosend affiliate program is open to referrals from a broad range of iindustriesMoosend. However, it's important to note that there are specific geographic restrictions in place. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept referrals from the following countries or regions: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Crimea, Russia, and Belarus. Despite these restrictions, we still look forward to receiving referrals from a diverse range of industries and other locations.

How do I get listed in the Moosend partner directory

After being accepted into the agency program, the Moosend team will provide you with a form to complete. This form is intended to gather all the necessary information for your listing in the Moosend Partner Directory.

How do I get the Moosend expert badge?

After joining the Moosend agency program and receiving approval from our team, you'll obtain your Moosend expert badge along with a platform demo. Adding this badge to your website is a requirement to display your proficiency in using Moosend.
