The email list dashboard provides general information about your email lists, such as the number of active, unsubscribed, bounced, and archived recipients.
To access the email list dashboard:
On the menu bar, click Audience > Email lists.
Click the email list you want to access.
On the menu on the left, click Your dashboard.
You can now view the following widgets:
Active - the total number of active recipients in the email list.
Unsubscribed - the total number of recipients who have unsubscribed from the email list.
Bounced - the total number of bounced email addresses.
Archived - the total number of recipients who have been archived in the email list.
Growth by - a chart comparing the total number of email list subscribes and unsubscribes. You can click the Week, Month, and Quarter tabs to change the time frame of the graph.
Source by - a chart comparing the different sources from which the recipients subscribed to your email list. You can click the Week, Month, and Quarter tabs to change the time frame of the graph.
Engagement by Tag - the most frequently used tags among recipients and the corresponding opens and clicks.
Engagement Breakdown - a chart comparing the recipients' engagement based on total campaign opens using the following scale:
None - zero total opens.
Low - less than three total opens.
High - more than three total opens.
Top Locations - The countries and cities where the most opens happened for the email list.
To download the information as a PDF, in the top-right corner of the widget you want to download, click and click Download pdf.
Optionally, you can click Export Data to export the information to your account email as a CSV file.
