In the campaign editor, you can add the following personalization tags to customize your campaign.

Personalization tag

Description

#unsubscribeLink#

To be compliant with the CAN-SPAM act, every email sent using Moosend must contain a one-click Unsubscribe Link. You can customize the unsubscribe link and place it inside your HTML, wherever you think it looks best.

#updateProfileLink#

The Update Profile link allows recipients to update their personal information directly from your campaign. When a recipient clicks this link, they are directed to a default form where they can modify details like their name and email address.

#VerificationLink#

The Double Opt-in Verification Link lets your new subscribers confirm their subscription and provide their consent to receive your email campaigns.

If you've set up a welcome email automation, the email is only sent out after a subscriber has clicked the verification link sent to them during the double opt-in process. If a subscriber does not click the verification link, then will not receive your welcome email automation.

#forwardToFriendLink#

The Forward to a Friend link tag allows your subscribers to forward your campaign to their friends.

#account:vat#

The Account VAT tag displays your organization’s VAT number.

#datetime#

The Current Date and Time tag will allow you to add a dynamic date and time to your newsletter.

#recipient:name#

The Recipient Name tag adds the name of the contact.

For example, Hello #recipient:name#, I hope you are well!

#recipient:email#

The Recipient Email tag adds the email address of the contact.

#recipient:mobile#

The Recipient Mobile tag adds the mobile number of the contact.

#emailSentTo#

The This email was sent to tag adds the email address of the recipient. For example, this email was sent to user@sampleemail.com.
