Work with campaign reports

Moosend lets you view default reports to help you monitor the most important campaign data for you. This topic describes how to share, print, and export data from your default campaign reports.

Share a campaign report

To share a report:

  1. On the menu bar, click ReportsCampaign Reports.

  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to view.

  3. On the menu on the left, click the default campaign report that you want to share.

  4. In the top-right corner, click three_dots_icon.png, and then click Share current section.

  5. In the Sharing settings dialog, set Make this item public to On.

    Important

    Anyone with access to the link, can see the statistics of the shared report.

Print a campaign report

To print a report:

  1. On the top menu, click Reports > Campaign Reports.

  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to view.

  3. On the menu on the left, click the default campaign report that you want to print.

  4. In the top-right corner, click three_dots_icon.png, and then click Print.

Export data from a campaign report

To export data from a campaign report:

  1. On the menu bar, click ReportsCampaign Reports.

  2. Click the name of the campaign you want to view.

  3. On the menu on the left, click the default campaign report that you want to export data from.

  4. To download any campaign information as a CSV file, in the top-right corner of the widget you want to download, click  three_dots_icon.png, and click Export Data.

    A pop-up message appears on the page notifying you that your export is in progress and that, when finished, it will be sent to the account owner's email address.

  5. Optionally, you can click Download PDF to download the information as a PDF.
