Create an account

Abstract

How to create an account in Moosend, log in or out after account creation, and deactivate or reactivate an account.

You can easily create an account with your email address to start using Moosend. If you already have an account, you can log in, log out, deactivate, or reactivate your account as necessary.

Create a Moosend account

To start using Moosend, sign up for a free trial plan. You don't have to provide credit card information when creating your trial account. You'll only need to add a payment method when you upgrade your plan or purchase credits.

To create a Moosend account:

  1. Go to the Moosend page and click Start Free.

  2. Enter your Business Email Address and click Continue.

  3. In the Your login domain field, enter the domain name that you want to use for your account.

  4. Enter a Password and click Register.

  5. On the Welcome to Moosend page, enter your First Name and Last Name and click Continue.

  6. Fill out the details about your company and company address and click Continue.

  7. Fill out the details about your business and click Continue.

    A confirmation message about your account sign up is displayed.

  8. Check your inbox for the account activation email.

    Note

    If you haven't received the account activation email, check your spam folder or contact support@moosend.com for assistance in resending the email.

  9. Open the account activation email, click the activation link, then click Activate Account.

Log in to your account

To log in to your account:

  1. Go to the Moosend page and click Login.

  2. Enter the Email Address and Password you used when you signed up for your account.

    Note

    If you used your Google credentials during registration, click Login with Google.

  3. Click Login.

Log out of your account

To log out of your account:

  1. On the menu bar, click Account_icon.png.

  2. Click Log out. You are logged out of the application.

Deactivate your account

If you need to save data from your Moosend account, you must export it before making a deactivation request.

To deactivate your account:

Alternatively, if you haven't logged in to your account for 300 days or more, it will be automatically deactivated due to dormancy.

Reactivate your account

If your Moosend account becomes deactivated due to dormancy or a deactivation request, you have 30 days to reactivate it.

To reactivate your account:

  • Send an email to support@moosend.com.

    Note

    After the 30-day period has elapsed, your account and any archived data will be permanently deleted.

    To reactivate your account and access your data, you'll have to purchase a new plan.
