You can get started with Moosend by signing up for a 30-day free trial subscription. During this trial, you'll have access to our email marketing tools and features. After the trial ends, you can choose to upgrade your subscription plan or purchase credits:
Subscription Plan - billed monthly, biannually, or yearly based on the number of subscribers in your email lists. Choose between a Pro or Enterprise plan, which can be customized to your business needs. Each subscription plan has a limit on the number of active subscribers you can have in your account, such as 5,000 active subscribers in a 5K plan.
Credits - Ideal for occasional senders or those who prefer not to commit to monthly fees. Credits can be purchased as needed, with each credit equal to one email sent to a single recipient. For example, sending a campaign to 5,000 subscribers requires 5,000 credits. To help ensure uninterrupted service, you’ll receive a notification when your credit usage reaches 80%.
If you have both a subscription plan and credits in your account, your usage is covered by the subscription plan as long as you stay within its limit for active subscribers. For example, if your plan allows 5,000 active subscribers, you can send emails to all of them without using credits. However, if you exceed your plan's subscriber limit, the additional usage will be charged against your credits. This means that if you have 10,000 email addresses on your list and want to send a campaign to all of them, the full 10,000 will be deducted from your credit balance.
Recipients with the same email address across multiple mailing lists are counted only once for billing, as billing is based on the number of unique active subscribers in your account.
